LODI, N.J. -- Helen Konefal Gawricki, of Lodi, died on Wednesday, Dec. 28. She was 86.
Born in Passaic, she has lived in Lodi the past 55 years. Prior to her retirement in 2000, she was a bookkeeper for Originit Fabrics in Passaic for 45 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Passaic, and also a member of its Polish Rosary Society.
She is predeceased by her husband, Walter Gawricki; children, Gary Gawricki, and his wife Theresa, Gail Pereira, Gwen Gawricki and Rhonda Rinkiewicz; grandchildren, Paul, Matthew, Brielle, and Jillian; and siblings, Stasia Suszylo and the late Emily Erdos and Anne Konefal.
Visitation will be held on Dec. 30, 5-9 p.m. at Kamienski Funeral Home of Wallington. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Dec 31, at 9 a.m.
